EUMOF – folktale collection
EUMOF – folktale collection |
A collection of European mobility folktales from Cyprus, Greece, Austria, Portugal and Poland that strengthens intercultural education and inclusion practices, promoting the mobility of people, stories, languages, ideas and good educational practices. There are pedagogical suggestions in the area of culture (http://www.eumof.unic.ac.cy/culture.html), in the area of language (http://www.eumof.unic.ac.cy/language.html) and in the area of Difference (http://www.eumof.unic.ac.cy/difference.html) Travelling is a fundamental human activity that has been taking place for thousands of years and for a multitude of reasons. It has always inevitably led to encounters with “other” people and cultures. Folk stories about different aspects of travelling will be grouped together, placed in different categories, and brought into dialogue with each other. |
